The VSB1500 was designed for the automatic surface preparation of all structural shapes. The shot blaster is provided with 4 heavy-duty turbines and has a brush and blow-off unit. The Brush and Blow is mounted on the exit side of the shotblaster and removes the shot immediately after blasting. Transport rolls are integrated into the shotblaster and the brush unit to transport the material through the machine.
To fully automate the pre-fabrication the shot blaster can be combined with a sawing and/or drilling system to provide a high speed system controlled by only one operator and integrated into a production control software package only provided by Voortman.
