Brush unit for removing drilling curls
A brush unit will be placed at the infeed side of the shot blaster to remove drilling curls from the profiles. During the infeed of the profiles, the brush will be rotated by means of an engine. The height of the brush depends on the sort of profile and is automatically adjusted, so that the surface of the profile is cleaned. For collecting the drilling curls, a bin is placed under the brush unit.
