Length measuring system with feeder rolls
This length measuring system consists of a single feeder roll and a Computer Control System. The feeder roll is mounted at the outfeed side of the sawing machine. An advantage of this positioning system is the flexible material flow.
- Hydraulic horizontal clamping of the profiles by means of a fixed feeder roll and a moving pressure roll.
- Vertical clamping by two hydraulic operated rolls. The clamping pressure is automatically stepless adjustable, dependent on the profile dimensions.
- The measuring disk will be automatically adjusted to the correct height, enabling very accurate material positioning.
