V550-1 CNC controlled system
The V550 punching and shearing system is a modular line for processing flats and angles.
The basic model of the V550-1 punching and shearing system consists of an infeed conveyor and measuring system, a hydraulic punch and a hydraulic flat shear.
In our series of the V550 punching & shearing systems, the V550-1 is the basic system. This machine is provided with a 110 ton single vertical punch for punching flat bar, layout marking is also standard. The V550-1 punching and shearing system is provided with a hydraulic shear for cutting to size flat bar. The shear capacity is 242 tons. This punching and shearing system is just like the V550-4 equipped with a single disc numbering unit for piece marking flat bar and angle.
