Introduction VB750 Horizontal bandsaw
The VB750 is the second bandsaw in the Voortman VB-range. This horizontal mitre-cutting saw is capable of sawing structural shapes up to a maximum width of 30. The saw is fitted with PLC-control, that positions the mitre angle and also controls the fully automatic cutting cycle. Like the other Voortman horizontal band saws the VB750 guarantees high performance cutting and a superb cut quality.
The VB750 can be fitted with a length measuring system such as the feeder truck the stop truck of roller feed measuring The feeder truck system can position up to the saw band therefore allowing a nested beam from a stock length to be sawn automatically with do drop. The advantage of a stop truck is the possibility to cut a bundles and single pieces. The roller feed system allows material to be loaded from the left or right, discharged from the left or right and no truck to return after positioning.
