Introduction V630 drilling system
The V630 Drilling system is a CNC controlled for processing all structural shapes. The machine consists of one vertical and two horizontal drill spindles. It is possible to drill simultaneously both vertically as well as horizontally.
When combined with a horizontal mitre or straight cutting band sawing machine the material can be drilled, cut to length and layout performed in one continuous motion with one operator. A piece marking system can also be added to the processing line for part identification that can be seen after painting or galvanizing.
